Where do we go from here?

service into an advocacy of reaching out
in a continuing interaction with clients who are now friends – bonding
and re-bonding, sharing fun times and even reactions to opportunities that come
knocking at the door. Others in the community are just as welcome to join and
become participants in this pro-active program.
In a nutshell, the vision calls for whole communities to be visited during the homeowner’s free time, firstly
on a getting-to-know you stage for new friends, and transitioning in due time
to business-related topics, information, updates and advices- to create
awareness and increase intelligence in the real estate business. And finally,
tapping to their advantage market opportunities presented to them: the time to buy, time to sell.
The program is meant as a
2-way proposition mutually advantageous to all parties. Where everybody’s
input is most welcome and desirable.
