Mauna Loa Estate – A feast for the eye view of Mauna Loa volcano

(808) 430-3223. (808) 965-9500

Flashback  to the scenario when Pele, the Goddess of Fire, first caught sight of the beauty and grandeur of Mauna Loa volcano, the world’s largest and tallest – covering almost half of the Big Island. As the folklore had it, Pele was fleeing the wrath of Kampuaa, the goddess of water, who in a fit of jealous rage was after Pele’s head using her power to immerse Pele’s hiding places under water – Pele included! When Pele came upon Mauna Loa Mountain she liked what she saw – high enough to make Kampaa’s water power ineffective, the spectacular view of Mauna Loa struck her too! Reasons enough to make Mauna Loa her home. Forever!

Hilo, Hawaii – a jewel of a city in the Big Island

(808) 430-3223. (808) 965-9500

Hilo, a jewel of a city, owns the honor as the epicenter of just about everything you wanted of a good life in the Big Island. Which holds everybody spellbound! That’s not an overstatement!

Hilo has the ambiance of a city in transition. It hums with a local vibe and bustles with a tourist tribe;  its central location makes it a crossroad ideal for a  transport hub with Hilo International Airport conveniently in its midst;  offers great center of learning – prominently the University of Hawaii at Hilo.

Kiva – Philanthropy reinvented.

(808) 430-3223. (808) 965-9500

You've been blessed! Fortunate enough to live the life you wanted. With all the trappings of a good life:  a loving, supportive family by your side, roof over your head, a job that provides the aura of comfortable if not luxurious living!

In one’s life journey comes pay-back time. The time to give back to society, especially the less fortunate among us, to reach out, share, even serve – expecting nothing in return.

Hawaii Sports – BIG in the Big Island

(808) 430-3223, (808) 965-9500

Sports is BIG here in the Big Island! This epitomizes a zest for living the good, healthy lifestyle. Whether you are into sports actively as a player or just the armchair kind, you’ll have the sporting time of your life in the islands of Hawaii.

A broad range of sports types await you.. Name it, the Big Island has it. Non-stop sports all year round!  Just as fanatic, crazy and agog over such exciting sports as basketball, baseball, football, even drag race, including the so-called iron man’s sport – the triathlon – the ultimate test of an athlete’s 3 Gs (grit, guts, gumption), and of course conditioning and skill! Is sumo wrestling your cup of tea? Even rodeo has a huge following here – not surprising - Hawaii being cattle country too!

Toastmasters General – the building block or driver to success.

(808) 430-3223. (808) 965-9500

Improving  one’s communication  skills is not unlike the key to success in his chosen field of endeavor.

Let’s face it. No man is an island. No one can keep to himself, avoid person to person contact, be in the worst social state imaginable by being an outcast or a recluse – and expect a good life!

Put another way, if there are persons out there who gets the "hee-bie-jee-bies” or a feeling/sense of nervousness, butterflies in the stomach merely having a one- on-one talk with another person/s - the more daunting and scary it is to face and speak before a public. You've been in that situation before, right!

Hawaiian Paradise Park – a microcosm of life in paradise.

This thing sizzles! It’s hot! We’re not talking about the weather. Nor Hawaii’s scrumptious pit-roasted pig. Nor it’s cool luau.

A “hot property” describes Hawaiian Paradise Park to a “T”. Which many concluded came closest to the tag “paradise” on earth.

Property for Sale!!!!
Hawaiian Paradise Park - Land property on the island of Hawaii - $59,000

2013 A Lavaman Waikoloa Triathlon

Adrenaline Whooper of a Lifetime
Hawaiian Island Homes, Pahoa
(808) 430-3223, (808) 965-9500

I did it! One of the super high adventures of my life! I joined and finished the 2013 Lavaman Waikoloa Triathlon with great fanfare!  Well, at least the “swim leg” of the triathlon – swimming being the sport I fancy and indulge in.
