About Us

About us – my company, my job

I've always wanted to become a real estate professional! I've searched far and wide for a real estate company I can identify with. Which shares my philosophy and where I can draw inspiration from its lofty goals and enviable record of success. Where I can learn, hone my craft.  I chose Hawaiian Island Homes, Ltd on the Big Island for said reasons. And more!

Who am I?
In a nutshell, a highly motivated RA with a mission to succeed in my chosen field of work. Imbued with the talent, creativity and focus, the willingness to reinvent and arm myself with the tools (such as “blogs pitch” to connect with a wider audience faster and with greater impact) to achieve my goals. Dovetailed to a work ethic that do not mind rolling up my sleeves and working late hours to get the job done.

It’s not all about money! Not a one-sided deal. I put myself in the clients’ shoes, sit down with them, firstly, to know more about them, their needs, preferences and concept of what a home is to them, the parameters in buying a home – before digging into my search engine optimizer to match wants to property listings. A tour of the property leading to the final stage of assisting the client find financing – and a deserving pat in the back!

The work doesn't end upon signing the dotted line. I always make it a point to touch bases with the clients. Re-sales even! Oops! They’re not clients any longer. They’re friends, even associates now!

I love my job! And the awesome good feeling of helping my friends find a place they can call home never fails to keep me motivated!
