Hawaiian Paradise Park – a microcosm of life in paradise.

This thing sizzles! It’s hot! We’re not talking about the weather. Nor Hawaii’s scrumptious pit-roasted pig. Nor it’s cool luau.

A “hot property” describes Hawaiian Paradise Park to a “T”. Which many concluded came closest to the tag “paradise” on earth.

Gape at the jaw-dropping panorama that unfolds before your eyes seemingly bigger than life: start with a cornucopia of magnificent mountain views; stare out to the azure sea and be transfixed by the unfolding spectacle of the sun rising or setting against a sky decked out in brilliant colors rivaling those of the rainbow; be on the lookout for ships, Yachts, sailboats with sails billowing, skimming the surface of the open sea leaving foams behind their paths; feast your eyes on thundering waves smashing on craggy cliffs: watch out for sea turtles beaching, whales breaching! Awesome!

Now, let’s flip the coin to the other side – the material or economy side of life. Which turned out to be just as spectacular and came as no surprise to those in the know. The statement says it all: “Nobody in his right mind would find Hawaiian Paradise Park attractive enough if it doesn't have the wherewithal to support a growing population with bells and whistles blaring.”

All these microcosm of life in an Eden-like setting supports the contention that real property ownership in Hawaiian Paradise Park is hot!

Back to the drawing board. A “hot property” equates the reality that it won’t remain unsold for long. – proven by stats, As luck would have it, I, Roy Dollwet, RA, of Hawaiian Island Homes Ltd., has a few listings in said category.
